Return and refund policy

At CozyPerks™, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our Return & Refund Policy makes it simple to request a return or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Personalized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Email us at support@cozyperks.com with the subject line “Return Request” and include your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for return.

  • We’ll send you detailed return instructions and the return address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective, incorrect, or damaged item).

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing may vary by bank or card issuer).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Sale Items

Items purchased during promotions or marked as “final sale” may only be eligible for size exchange or store credit, depending on the campaign.
